We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise business and systems knowledge in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO) and Advanced Warehouse Management (AWM). This role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing operational processes across the company’s expanding business landscape. You’ll collaborate with various teams to deliver scalable and sustainable systems aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Solution Design: As the key point of contact, you will head the architecture and deployment of solutions within the D365 FO platform focusing on supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics. Conduct fit-gap analyses, propose design specifications, and aim to minimize customizations by leveraging out-of-the-box functionalities.
- Process Engineering: Partner with stakeholders to enhance key processes such as inventory management, production control, procurement, and warehouse operations, ensuring solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Solution Delivery: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on system capabilities, and keeping them informed on ERP trends and advancements. Oversee the lifecycle of operations-related projects, from requirements gathering through to deployment and post-implementation support, ensuring timely and effective delivery. You will work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and other teams to ensure cohesive operational solutions.
- Supply Chain Analysis & Insights: Support accurate production planning, demand forecasting, and warehouse management through collaboration with various teams, via reports & dashboards.
- Mentorship: Offer guidance and training to teams, helping them maximize the use of D365 FO while mentoring junior staff in functional analysis.
Qualifications:
- Extensive D365 Finance & Operations: Focused in advanced warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics, with a proven track record of designing and implementing business solutions.
- Operations & Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong understanding of production control, inventory management, procurement, and other operational processes.
- Reporting: Ability to deliver reporting with tools such as SSRS, Power BI, and D365’s reporting functionalities.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to lead complex projects and manage cross-functional teams, with experience in Agile methodologies being a plus.
- Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Strong analytical skills, capable of solving business challenges and collaborating across various departments to deliver effective solutions.
- System Integration Experience: Experience integrating D365 FO with other enterprise applications such as Salesforce or other legacy platforms is a plus.
